Amy Beth Arkawy is the author of the Eliza Gordon Mystery series: Killing Time, Dead Silent, (Mystery & Mayhem Award winner, American Cozy category), Murder, She Tweets, and several plays, including: Psychic Chicken Soup (McLaren Comedy Award nominee); Full Moon, Saturday Night; Rage Amongst Yourselves; Crazy Vivian Doesn’t Shop at Bloomie’s Anymore, The Lost Mertz and The Postman Always Writes Twice. Her work has been produced in New York City and across the country and featured in several anthologies. Her fiction is featured in Chasing the Codex, the Cozy Cat Press group mystery and the short story collections Fiction Noir and Backdrafts. Her articles and reviews have appeared in myriad publications and web sites including: The Week; Atlantic Wire; The New York Observer; The Fairfield County Weekly; and News Junkie Post, where she served as Arts and Culture Editor for three years. Amy Beth has talked her way across the dial as a radio DJ and talk show host. She now hosts the Media Bytes award-winning Internet radio show/podcast The Amy Beth Arkawy Show, featuring conversations with notable and emerging voices in the arts and pop culture. She also helps others find their voices through her work as a creativity coach and writing teacher.
